Composite Bushings Eat Dirt

Metal bearings require greasing, attracting dirt and contaminates.  PolyLube^® composite bushings use a proprietary PTFE fabric liner which embeds debris and provides lifetime lubrication. 

Contaminates will migrate to low pressure areas of the bushing and become embedded into the liner structure. The smearing action of the solid lubricant them encapsulates the contaminates, providing a smooth low friction wear surface.
