The Discovery Call occurs at the beginning of the Design and Engineering process to understand your expectations for the desired composite solution. This stage is utilized to ensure a long–lasting, effective solution for each client.

Once the expectations are defined, the Print Review process begins where we create a set of proposed solutions efficient for your needs. With your selection, we move forward into testing.

We work alongside you to test the composites to ensure that they stand up to your quality and functionality expectations, and are committed to iterating until we get it just right.

On–staff quality control engineers ensure that future production runs meet the quality of the test runs. It is recommended that clients run their own batch of testing, but the internal quality control at Polygon ensures that all products conform to the provided standard deviation.
