Materials We Use
FIBERGLASS
We use fibers of different weights to create different properties for our tubes. The variables we offer allow us to create more effective solutions for specific applications.
EPOXY RESIN
We have a range of epoxy resins that can alter the weight and strength of the final tube that you need. Our engineering team will help you decide what mix would be best for your application.
THERMOSET RESIN
Thermoset resins are most effective in thin-walled applications. The resin sets quicker than our epoxy materials, providing more precision and preventing build-up in the process.
CONTINUOUS FIBER
We use continuous fiberglass which creates a stronger composite than those made of sprayed or chopped fiberglass. Continuous fiberglass prevents weak points and uneven distribution in composites, giving our solutions more consistency in quality than our competitors.
COATINGS AND LINERS
In addition to fiberglass tubes, we also offer special coatings and liners to enhance functionality in our composites, especially for high wear surfaces.
